At the same time she established her second career as an outdoor trainer for team and organisational development. Between 2004 and 2008 she was Managing Director with Kapsch Slovakia, an IT System Integrator. Andrea brings extensive experience of both organisational and business issues to the team.

Andrea has lived and worked in several countries such as Spain, the US, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia and Austria. Since 2001 Austria has become home, supporting her love of nature and outside sports. In the last 2 years she has developed a real passion for sailing.

She enjoys running, biking and flamenco dancing. Her worst moment sailing was running aground on a rock in Croatia while her best moments were enjoying the sun on deck . Her favourite food is Thai Green Curry. She describes herself as positive, lively and energetic.
