As head chef, Ben has one of the most important jobs - keeping the team happy and well fed. If the food is good there is happiness all around, if the food is bad, it is mutiny! His training in hotels and restaurants has prepared him well for cooking for the whole team. He works closely with the team’s nutritionist to plan menus to provide the right mix of healthy ingredients, fresh produce and of course delicious taste.
