Rudi is our IT and systems specialist. He has helped with IT as a shore crew on two previous Volvo Boats; EF Language/Education and Assa Abloy. He also worked for the Ericsson Racing Team as shore crew responsible for electronics.

Born in Sweden, Rudi has an extensice sailing career including three Swedish Gotland Runt races and racing on Heinzeit in the US for a year. He has been involved in numerous delivery and testing trips on boats such as Assa Abloy (Gotland Runt winner in 2002), Kingfisher II, Trimaran B&Q/Castorama, Estrella Damm and Ericsson Racing Team.
When not sailing, Rudi enjoys skiing, telemark and mountain biking. He live in Cowes on the Isle of Wight (UK) and his favourite food is meatballs and lingon-berries?! Three words that describe his character are calm, orderly and happy. His star sign is Taurus.
